Our story
LifeFlo, LLC, is a team of individuals unified by the desire to provide our customers with a smooth and accommodating experience. LifeFlo focuses on the development and outfitting of healthcare casework and furniture, from exam and patient rooms to nurse stations and administrative environments.
LifeFlo traces our origins to 1991, when Brian Frazier founded the company as a small office accessories supplier. Recognizing the growing importance of comfort, efficiency, and human-centered design in the workplace, Brian began designing ergonomic furniture solutions that better supported the needs of everyday users. Those early designs—focused on usability, durability, and adaptability—became the foundation for what would eventually evolve into LifeFlo’s modern healthcare furniture line.
As the company grew, so did our vision. The same ergonomic principles that guided our early office products proved highly relevant in healthcare environments, where performance, safety, and user experience are critical. LifeFlo gradually expanded its capabilities, transitioning from office-focused solutions into a design-forward manufacturer of healthcare furniture and systems. Rather than simply supplying products, the company embraced a collaborative role, partnering with clients from concept through installation to create tailored environments that meet clinical demands.
Today, LifeFlo offers a comprehensive portfolio that includes medical carts, overbed tables, nurse stations, casework systems, and patient room furnishings—all engineered for the realities of 24/7 healthcare use. A defining feature of our innovation is AcryMed, an antimicrobial solid surface made with Meganite material. Its antimicrobial properties protect the product against stain- and odor-causing bacteria. They do not protect patients or users from disease and do not replace regular cleaning and disinfection. This material reflects the company’s continued commitment to advancing functionality in healthcare design.

Brian Frazier
As the founder of LifeFlo, Brian Frazier has guided the company’s growth since its inception in 1991. With a passion for design that began at an early age, he started his career in furniture sales, where he developed a keen understanding of the industry’s evolving needs. After nearly a decade in sales, Brian transitioned into entrepreneurship by designing and manufacturing office furniture, laying the foundation for what would become LifeFlo. Driven by a belief that innovation is essential to growth, Brian expanded his focus into healthcare furniture, identifying critical gaps within the medical industry. Today, his designs furnish healthcare facilities across the country, reflecting his commitment to functionality, durability, and thoughtful design. Deeply involved in every stage of operations, Brian continues to shape LifeFlo’s vision through hands-on leadership and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Mike Hall
Mike Hall joined LifeFlo in September 2025, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across sales, marketing, and business development, most recently leading sales efforts for Hekman Contract, a manufacturer specializing in furniture for assisted living and skilled nursing environments. At LifeFlo, Mike leads the company’s sales initiatives through its network of independent representatives, focusing on growth, market expansion, and customer engagement. Known for his ability to solve complex customer challenges, he thrives in environments that demand creativity, responsiveness, and customized solutions. Mike’s expertise aligns naturally with LifeFlo’s engineering-driven approach, allowing him to help clients achieve solutions that other manufacturers often cannot provide. Originally from Michigan, Mike and his wife, Mary Jo, now reside in the Atlanta area, where they enjoy spending time with family, hiking in the mountains, and taking advantage of the region’s mild winters.

Mike Snyder
With LifeFlo since 2022, Mike Snyder is a seasoned healthcare sales and leadership executive with extensive experience across medical technology, healthcare infrastructure, and clinical support industries. He has led national and regional sales organizations serving hospitals, healthcare systems, and major commercial accounts, including serving as head of sales for the Americas for a European manufacturer of autonomous disinfection robotics. His background includes the commercialization of advanced healthcare solutions ranging from surgical technologies and pharmacy automation systems to infection-control products and telemedicine robotics. Mike has successfully contributed to the growth of both startups and established healthcare organizations, helping scale revenue, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships. Recognized for his leadership and relationship-building abilities, he is especially skilled at navigating complex healthcare procurement environments while developing strong partnerships with healthcare executives, clinicians, architects, and distribution teams.

Courtney Mitchell
Courtney Mitchell has been a valued member of the LifeFlo team since 2004, dedicating her entire professional career to the company. With decades of experience in customer service and project coordination, she plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for every client—from the initial quote through final quality review. Known for her strong communication skills and customer-focused approach, Courtney is committed to making each project efficient, organized, and personalized. Her longstanding knowledge of the company and its processes allows her to serve as a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues alike. Courtney is married to Corey, with whom she shares two boys and a full life. She enjoys her family and serving in her church.

Corey Mitchell has been part of LifeFlo’s journey since 2017, helping support and strengthen the company as it continued to grow. For Corey, LifeFlo represents more than a business—it is a family legacy built through dedication, hard work, and long-term vision. Today, as OSHA Compliance Manager and head of Quality and Safety, he is committed to protecting the company’s most valuable asset: the trust of its customers and team members. In addition to his role at LifeFlo, Corey brings 18 years of experience as an aviation professional and holds an FAA Airman’s Certificate. His aviation background instilled a deep appreciation for precision, discipline, and proactive risk management—principles he applies daily to LifeFlo’s safety and quality standards. Corey and his wife, Courtney, who also works at LifeFlo, are proud parents of two young sons. Outside of work, they enjoy family trips to the beach, hiking, little league baseball, and serving in their church community at NewSpring Church.

Nycoma Scott
With nearly 30 years of experience spanning design, engineering, manufacturing, and creative direction, Nycoma Scott brings a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective to his role as Director of Engineering at LifeFlo. He began his professional journey as a studio musician and songwriter before discovering a passion for woodworking and craftsmanship through an apprenticeship with a master luthier. That passion evolved into a distinguished career creating high-end furniture, cabinetry, architectural millwork, sculpture, and custom installations. Nycoma has led projects for globally recognized institutions and organizations including the Library of Congress, the Pentagon, Google, Nike, Harvard University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Princeton University, and Princess Nora University in Saudi Arabia. His work has earned industry recognition, including being named one of West Virginia’s top three makers by the Tamarack Foundation. At LifeFlo, Nycoma leads engineering with a focus on innovation, thoughtful design, and practical execution.
